We are looking for a tech-interested AI content developer to join our Vilnius team. As an AI Technical Training Content Developer, you'll play a critical role in designing, curating, and maintaining high-quality AI learning experiences that support enterprise AI adoption across Nasdaq.
You'll thrive in this position if you're technically fluent, and passionate about making complex AI concepts accessible to diverse audiences — all in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with external content vendors and internal subject matter experts to review, curate, and integrate AI learning content aligned to Nasdaq's priorities.
- Develop tool-specific AI training materials, including tutorials, walkthroughs, labs, and use-case-based learning assets.
- Create structured content for AI coaching experiences, including guidance scripts, decision trees, and contextual learning interventions.
- Translate complex technical AI concepts into clear, practical, and accessible learning materials for diverse audiences.
- Support continuous improvement by incorporating learner feedback, platform analytics, and evolving AI capabilities into content updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, learning design, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience developing technical learning content, eLearning, or digital enablement materials.
- Experience working with programming (any languages) and GitHub
- Working knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and/or platforms, including generative AI, Copilot, Claude, and Kiro.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and concisely.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors or distributed content contributors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for AI-driven or automated coaching tools.
- Familiarity with learning platforms, content management systems, or learning experience platforms.
- Understanding of instructional design principles and learning theory.
Location
This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

Actual pay depends on your skills, experience, education, and location.
