Who we are looking for

We are looking for a senior, enterprise‑level talent leader to lead our global Early Careers function. This role requires a clear strategic bias, combined with the credibility and leadership presence to oversee global delivery teams and ensure execution lands as intended.

The successful candidate will bring deep, hands‑on Early Careers expertise from a complex, global organization, ideally recognized for strong Early Careers outcomes. They will have proven experience designing and evolving high‑impact Early Careers programs, while also aligning multiple parts of the organization - including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Learning & Development - around a coherent, enterprise approach.

The individual will bring the mindset and behaviors expected of a global functional head: setting vision, shaping strategy, representing Early Careers with senior stakeholders, and holding leaders accountable for outcomes. This role will be focused on enterprise strategy, capability direction, and leadership alignment, while maintaining oversight of delivery through clearly defined operating rhythms.

Qualifications

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $188,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
