Business Development & Communication Intern - 6 months (m/f)

Description & Requirements
Our Business Development & Communication Department is looking for a trainee for a period of six months from September 2026. An internship agreement is required.
Your responsibilities:
- Client Proposals: Assist lawyers in preparing tailor-made client service proposals and presentations.
- Business Development toolkit: Manage and maintain a comprehensive business development toolkit, including capabilities statements, CVs, etc...
- Reporting: Produce accurate and high-quality reports on business development performance, benchmarks, and visibility.
- Legal Directories: Assist in preparing submissions for legal directories such as Chambers, Legal 500, and IFLR.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content for our external and internal communication channels, including social media, website, press releases, and newsletters.
- Communication Strategy: Contribute to the review and implementation of our communication strategy to increase brand awareness.
- Event Planning: Participate in the concept, planning, and setup of our client events.
Your profile:
- Education: Enrolled in a master's degree in management, business administration, marketing, communication, or political sciences.
- Experience: Strong experience in communication or marketing/consulting, ideally in a legal or consulting environment.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French (level C2) with excellent written skills.
- Skills: Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Photo or video skills are an asset.
