Deputy Manager (Lead Developer)
Experience: 5–8 Years
Educational Qualifications: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech
- 5–8 years of experience in full-stack software development with strong expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, React.js, Node.js, and FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns, REST APIs, microservices, application security, and scalable enterprise application development.
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, Git, and unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, and PyTest.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, drive technical decisions, provide solution guidance, and ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.
- Extensive experience in client-facing product implementation, including requirement gathering, solution design, technical workshops, integration planning, environment setup, data migration, UAT support, production deployment, hypercare, issue resolution, and coordination with client stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders, manage implementation risks, resolve production issues, and drive customer success throughout the product lifecycle.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and a strong ownership mindset.
