Factory Squad Specialist

We are looking for a Finance Squad Specialist to join our Finance Factory organization. In this dynamic role, you will support business continuity across finance teams, gain exposure to diverse finance functions, and drive meaningful process improvements in an international and fast-paced environment. What You Do
As a Finance Squad Specialist, you will work on mission-based assignments across different Finance Factory teams, ensuring operational continuity and delivering lasting value through process optimization initiatives.
Ensure Business Continuity
- Take ownership of key finance activities during employee absences and critical business periods.
- Ensure the timely execution of essential finance processes such as invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end closing activities.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, compliance, and service quality across all assigned responsibilities.
Drive Process Improvement
- Analyze existing processes and identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Document workflows and create practical guides to support knowledge transfer and operational consistency.
- Design, test, and implement improvements focused on automation, standardization, and error reduction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Finance
Factory performance.
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Build trusted relationships with local and international finance teams.
- Quickly adapt to new environments, stakeholders, and business contexts.
- Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate effective handovers and knowledge transfer to ensure a seamless transition when employees return to their roles.
- Partner with stakeholders to support transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Experience & Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Audit, Consulting, or a similar analytical environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Technical Skills
- Experience working with SAP.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Exposure to automation tools and/or Python is considered a strong advantage.
- AI READINESS Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
