We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Policy Servicing Leader, Asia Region is responsible for leading regional policy servicing operations and ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, compliant, and client-focused policy administration support across Asia. This role drives operational excellence, strengthens service performance, and supports continuous improvement across the policy lifecycle.

We will count on you to:

Lead policy servicing activities across the Asia region.
Oversee end-to-end policy administration, including issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, certificates, billing support, and documentation.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex servicing issues.
Partner with internal teams, brokers, insurers, and clients to resolve issues and support service delivery.
Monitor service performance, turnaround times, quality, and productivity metrics.
Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance requirements, and regulatory standards.
Coach, develop, and support the policy servicing team.

What you need to have:

Significant experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, or policy administration.
Proven leadership experience, preferably across multiple markets or teams.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
