Associate Director / Director | Information, Content & Regulatory Transformation

Job Requisition ID: 41581

We combine data and content technology, responsible AI and digital solutions to manage risk, maintain trust and navigate significant operational, regulatory and M&A change. We help clients protect value and meet their obligations and commitments to customers, employees, regulators, shareholders and the community.

Make information work harder for people, AI and the organisation

Organisations are investing heavily in AI and digital transformation, but many still cannot find, trust, govern or safely use the information that underpins them. Critical knowledge is fragmented, content sits across complex and ageing platforms, recordkeeping obligations are difficult to manage, and document-heavy processes remain manual.

We help large organisations turn fragmented information into trusted, governed and usable business assets. Our work spans strategy through implementation: knowledge management; information governance and records; content platforms, migration and process automation; governed enterprise knowledge for AI; regulatory digitisation; and M&A data separation or integration through major transactions.

You will be a senior leader in a growing national team, combining market development and executive advisory with accountability for quality, professional judgement and successful technology-enabled transformation. This is not a purely advisory or sales-focused role: we are looking for someone who can identify material client needs, shape credible and proportionate solutions, and remain accountable through implementation and measurable outcomes.

The appointment level will reflect your experience in shaping new opportunities, leading complex programs, developing senior client relationships and building teams and market capability.

What will your typical day look like?

About the team

You will join a growing national team based in Sydney and Melbourne, working with major organisations across financial services, government, insurance, resources, utilities and other sectors.

Our work spans four connected areas: knowledge management, information governance and records; data and content platforms, migration and process automation; trusted knowledge, responsible AI and regulatory digitisation; and M&A data separation and integration.

We have deep experience in knowledge and records strategies; data and content platform modernisation, migration and process automation; analytics-led rationalisation of large information estates; and controlled M&A data separation and integration. We are building on this foundation through governed enterprise knowledge, semantic retrieval, AI-assisted workflows and digitised obligations, controls and evidence.

We bring together business advisers, information specialists, architects and technology practitioners. You will have the opportunity to deepen your specialisation, broaden into adjacent areas and help shape the next generation of these services.

As an Associate Director or Director, you will help set the direction of the capability, strengthen our market position, build strategic client relationships and develop the people and solutions required for sustained growth.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

For this role, the following experience is required:

Where you may bring your depth

We are hiring a multidisciplinary team. You need deep expertise in at least one area, not every area, and an interest in building capability across adjacent fields.

Experience with enterprise content, workflow, search, automation, data or AI technologies is useful. Examples include Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Purview; OpenText, Hyland, Box, RecordPoint or EncompaaS; Microsoft Power Platform; Databricks, Snowflake and modern search, retrieval or AI platforms. No single product background is required.
