Work you'll do
As an Arcitect on the P&S team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead ServiceNow application architecture efforts and provide guidance to business and technology teams on platform strategy, standards, roadmaps, and implementation approaches.
- Manage stakeholders, business requirements, project scope, and client expectations across multiple complex initiatives.
- Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, process diagrams, and Agile user stories to support platform enhancements and delivery.
- Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, custom scripting, data loads, platform upgrades, and third-party integrations.
- Guide development teams through analysis, development, testing, troubleshooting, and risk management to support stable and scalable ServiceNow operations.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in software platform or product development and architecture
- 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform across one or more of the following modules: Information Technology Service Management, Human Resources Service Delivery, Application Portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, or Information Technology Asset Management
- Experience managing multiple customers, complex projects, and multiple initiatives concurrently
- Experience leading architecture activities for commercial off-the-shelf or low-code/no-code platforms, including design, roadmap development, and proof of concepts
Preferred:
- Experience with Integrated Risk Management or Governance, Risk, and Compliance modules in ServiceNow
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNow integrations using Representational State Transfer application programming interfaces (REST APIs)
- Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications using JavaScript
- Experience creating design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams
- Experience guiding development teams through analysis, development, and testing
