VIE – Digital Builder & Performance Solutions Developer (M/F)– Belgium

Context & Environment
Directly integrated into the European Land Logistics team of TotalEnergies Refining & Chemicals in Belgium, your main responsibilities will be to contribute to the digitalization of European Rail activities, structure business data, and develop digital solutions aimed at improving operational management, process automation, and access to information.

Activities
Main Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and structure data related to Wagons, Rail Traction, and Trucking activities.
- Standardize performance indicators across the European Land Logistics division.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Develop digital tools to centralize data and key performance indicators.
- Create Power Automate workflows to streamline existing processes.
- Automate recurring reporting and certain administrative tasks.
- Implement automatic alerts related to KPIs and critical data.
- Develop use cases involving Copilot and AI agents.
- Facilitate access to contracts, procedures, technical specifications, and documentation.
Candidate Profile
You hold at least a Master’s degree (Master’s level / Engineering degree or equivalent) in Computer Science.
You have initial professional experience in the development of digital solutions.
Experience or knowledge in the transportation, logistics, or industrial sectors would also be considered an asset.

You have strong proficiency with the following tools:
- Advanced Power BI

- Microsoft 365
Knowledge of the following technologies would be an advantage:
- SQL
- Copilot Studio
- Python
- Dataverse
- Azure AI Services
- SAP
Language Requirements
- French: minimum C1 level
- English: minimum B2 level
