Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, business stakeholders, and candidates to deliver a seamless, high‑quality recruitment experience from interview scheduling through offer stage
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication, guidance, and support
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and geographies, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive experience for all participants
Manage interview logistics end‑to‑end, including calendar coordination, confirmations, reschedules, cancellations, and follow‑ups
Ensure all recruitment activities are well‑organized and accurately documented in recruiting systems, maintaining high standards of detail and responsiveness
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or process challenges, offering practical solutions in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Act as a brand ambassador for Visa by consistently delivering a professional, warm, and engaging experience for candidates and interviewers
This position is a 1-year fixed-term contract role.

3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, or a similar talent acquisition operations role
Demonstrated experience delivering high‑quality, candidate‑centric experiences in fast‑paced environments
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently
A consultative, solution‑oriented approach when working with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates High attention to detail, responsiveness, and a strong sense of ownership
What Will Also Help:
Experience coordinating interviews across multiple time zones and geographies
Ability to prioritize workload effectively while meeting tight deadlines and service‑level expectations
Comfort working independently in an environment with changing priorities and ambiguity
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and executive assistants
