(Senior) DOR Governance & Portfolio Manager (m/f/diverse)

As a DOR Governance & Portfolio Manager in the "Cyber Risk & Information Security" department, you will ensure the effective governance, coordination, and execution oversight of the bank’s Digital Operational Resilience (DOR) framework.
Your tasks
- Monitoring and controlling the execution of the ICT Risk strategy against defined milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Governing the ICT risk-related project and programme portfolio, including intake, prioritisation, and dependency management.
- Preparing and supporting committees on Board-level and senior-management level, including decision-ready materials and follow-up tracking.
- Managing the ICT security certification lifecycle (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) and ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Establishing and coordinating ICT risk working groups across the organisation to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Operating the CISO stakeholder engagement and communication model, ensuring effective interaction with management, regulators, and stakeholders.
Your Profile
- A university degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Informatics, or a comparable discipline.
- Strong experience in ICT governance, programme management, or risk coordination within financial institutions.
- A solid understanding of regulatory requirements in ICT risk and operational resilience (e.g., DORA).
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies effectively.
- The ability to prepare high-quality, executive-level materials and support decision-making at senior governance levels.
- Clear and confident communication skills in English, German is an advantage.
