Job Summary

The role will be part of Global Core and Foundation Payment team within Transaction Banking business focusing on Cross Currency Corporate Payment Product Suite.

In this role, the individual is expected to drive product development, commercialisation of cross currency payment product in partnership with Financial Market, Global, Regional & Local Product Managers, Structure Solution Design and broader stakeholders.

We are looking for a creative and self-driven individuals who is comfortable driving initiative in a collaborative environment across various stakeholder.

Key Responsibilities

Commercialisation of cross currency payment product:
• Ability to identify opportunities to enhance the overall product experience.
• Support sales/SSD team by deal engagements, identifying and executing opportunities to drive growth.
• Develop /Refresh Client value propositions product collaterals for internal and external distribution –periodically.

Defined product roadmap and hold accountable for delivery of product roadmap : 
• Hands on execution and driving key product initiatives that will include launching new products in existing ,new markets enhancing existing offerings.
• Interact with functional and cross functional partners across Sales, Operations, Technology, Service, etc on global, regional and country basis to ensure product agendas are prioritized and activities are aligned and delivered in line with the Product, Country & Segment Agenda
• Product Governance and Risk Management – Build efficient partnership with second line of defence (Compliance, product risk, operational risk, FCC ), to ensure product being conceptualised fit to bank’s and industry risk/regulatory guidelines

Own P&L responsibility for specific cross currency payment sub-product :
• Deliver expected product agenda objectives/rollout from a time and revenue perspective.
• Responsible to drive volume/Fee Income through partnership with Sales and Regional and Local Product
• Drive Initiatives with to yield additional growth of business.

Stakeholder Management:
• Maintain regular connect and engagement with key stakeholders to improve product value based on continuous feedback.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Business or equivalent disciplines. Degree in Information Technology is an advantage.
• 8+ years’ experience on Transaction Banking Business.
• Prior experience working in Transactional FX business is a plus
• Good understanding of API and how these are used in the Banking sector
• Strong Product management, Project management, and analytical problem-solving skills and use of relevant tools
• Solid product management experience in implementing medium-large scale product enablers and platforms in the transaction banking area and across multiple countries. 
• Ability to work to tight timelines and at the same time produces a quality deliverable. 
• Ability to engage stakeholders within business, operations and technology. 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
