We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our dynamic Technology, Communications and Commercial practice in Sydney.

About you
We are looking for senior lawyers with 5 - 8 years’ PQE gained at a top-tier or leading international law firm.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- 5-8 years' experience in complex technology, regulatory and commercial work, preferable working within a similar large firm environment with a focus on larger, transactional deals and complex regulatory and advisory matters;
- strong experience in drafting technology contracts and agreements, and providing advice on the supply and procurement of goods or services in the digital, technology, telecommunications and media sectors. Exposure to digital and telecommunications regulations, including privacy, online safety, cybersecurity, media and broadcasting regulation would be desirable;
- relevant experience in a top tier or leading international firm preferred;
- a strong client service orientation;
- strong technical, drafting and commercial skills;
- excellent analytical, communication, and research skills;
- a commitment to high work standards and strong attention to detail;
- an ability to demonstrate initiative and proactivity;
- an ability to develop strong relationships with clients and to take responsibility for this relationship;
- an ability to work well in a team environment (including across Australian offices and internationally);
- relevant legal qualifications; and
- a willingness to learn.
