Join the Regional Office team for Region Western Markets and Switzerland, supporting the Regional Heads at both strategic and operational levels. This role demands an individual who thrives in a complex, multinational environment and is driven to excel in a dynamic, high-impact position.PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES
Contribute as business representative in the conceptual development of projects, initiatives, and activities, and manage the subsequent implementation across the Region
Organize, facilitate, and coordinate a wide range of meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
Deliver regular and ad hoc business outputs for regional senior management, divisional stakeholders, and functional partners, including business and data analyses, reporting, presentations, and concept development support
Independently drive business management activities and administrative responsibilities, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of both recurring and ad hoc tasks
Support the planning and coordination of regional management committees, leadership offsites, and town halls
Build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders across the Bank to effectively represent and promote the Region's priorities and interests
Collaborate and coordinate actively with various stakeholders across the Bank to represent the interests of the Region
Contribute to the strengthening of the team spirit and the fostering of a collaborative work environment
YOUR PROFILE
Professional Skills:
2–4 years of professional experience, ideally within the financial industry and preferably a global bank
Higher education or Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Ability to develop and implement business concepts and initiatives
Ability to gather, interpret, and present business-relevant data
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong data analysis, interpretation, and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset
Personal & Social Skills:
Outstanding organizational skills as well as a very precise, collaborative and efficient work approach
Very good knowledge and understanding of the Private Banking business and global financial markets
Highly motivated, solution-oriented professional with a can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with high attention to detail and focus on what matters most
Strong ability to cope with pressure, high flexibility, reliability and outstanding social and interpersonal skill
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately, competently, and professionally
Ability to build strong and enduring stakeholder relationships and collaborate successfully across all functions and hierarchical levels
