The company’s structure includes specific business lines dedicated to:
- Sales & Advisory
- Investment Banking
- Global Markets
- Websim (digital investing platform)
The role sits within the Accounting & Financial Statements team supporting the CFO and the top management in ensuring accurate accounting, financial reporting and timely period-end closings. The position contributes to statutory reporting activities and to the information/flows to the Parent Company
Core responsibilities will include:
- Period-end closing
- Support and manage preparation of statutory financial statements and interaction with auditors/consultants
- Provide accounting data and reconciliations for management reporting and Group requests
- Degree in Economics (or equivalent)
- Previous experience with financial services
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsof Office Suite
- Fluent Italian and English
- Experience in regulated environments and/or Group reporting
- Exposure to process improvement and basic digitalization of accounting workflows
What we offer:
An employment contract is offered under the Italian Banking Collective Agreement (CCNL Credito) and Intermonte’s Company Benefits Regulation.
The starting gross annual salary is 50.000 euro. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component
