Bussiness Development & Marketing Intern

Job Description
To strengthen our team in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Business Development and Marketing Intern to join us starting on 15 September 2026, or 1 October 2026 for a minimum duration of 6 months.
What to expect
- Assist with the update and development of a wide range of marketing and business development materials, including client presentations, brochures, client briefings, capability statements and lawyer CVs.
- Support the firm's internal and external communication activities, including drafting and publishing intranet news, internal newsletters, LinkedIn posts and other communication campaigns.
- Contribute to the management and update of the Luxembourg website, including lawyer profiles, publications, client testimonials and other online content.
- Assist in all facets of event planning and coordination, from invitation drafting and email campaigns to registration management, supplier coordination, on-site support and post-event reporting.
- Help create and coordinate marketing assets for events, including social media visuals, posters, event banners, presentation materials and promotional content.
- Maintain and develop targeted client and contact lists within the firm's CRM system (InterAction), and support data management initiatives.
- Monitor and follow up on sponsorships, market initiatives and industry events in Luxembourg and internationally.
- Contribute to business development reporting, market research, calendar management and the tracking of key marketing and communications activities.
- Work closely with colleagues across Business Development, Marketing, Communications, Creative Services and external suppliers on a variety of projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Student (Bachelor/Master) or Graduate (Bachelor) in Marketing-Business-Communication
Interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail and meticulous follow-through
- Practical, proactive, commercially minded and service driven with a "can do" and positive attitude
Language and IT skills
- Fluency in English (C1), French considered as an asset
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Interest in digital tools and social media (LinkedIn)
