ABOUT THE FUNCTION: 

Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world. With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships. It is fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you will play a role in delivering the brands people know and love. 
 

ABOUT THIS ROLE 

We are looking for a proactive and analytically driven Supply Planner to design and execute replenishment strategies that balance service, inventory and cost while acting as the key interface between Supply Planning and market stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory performance and enabling agile responses to business disruptions. The successful candidate will leverage planning systems, analytics and digital tools to support data-driven decision-making while continuously improving planning processes and supply chain performance. 
 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 
 

Drive End-to-End Replenishment Planning Excellence 

Act as the Supply Planning Representative for the Market 

Drive Digitalization and Data-Driven Planning 

Optimize Inventory and Distribution Network 

Lead Continuous Improvement
