Your Impact:
Within the retail operation & performance team, the retail operation supervisor is responsible for store communication, stock return and POS material management
This role is crucial for store communication, stock return and POS Materials management, this will affect the priority of the store key information, stock health and store daily operations.
Job Responsibility：
· Streamline Retail Communication of key priorities through monthly newsletter “LINK”.
· Lead the national by batch stock-take twice a year, generate inventory healthiness report to support regular goods returns.
· Annual/quarterly goods return organization (6 times a year, 2 times for consignment C1, 2 times for invoice C1, 2 times for C3, plus ad-hoc return requested by central).
· Lead POS Materials centralization project, monthly replenishment to POS, and budget control and expanses review (Service disposable, stationary, cabin materials, IT consumable and beauty class supplies)
· In charge of all Retail digital tools (Communication on WW, skin analyzer) regular maintenance.
· In collaboration with other functional teams for Art of Gifting items inventory management, FAJ & EW after sale service.
Profile :
· University graduate with bachelor degree above
· 3 years’ experience in the Retail Performance domain
· Good communication skills.
· Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
