About the role
We are seeking a Senior Researcher to influence strategic product and experience decisions through insightful research.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative research to inform product and design decisions.
Proactively identify research opportunities autonomously based on product strategy and business goals, ensuring insights align with key company priorities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams/peers — Product Managers, Product Designers, and Business Analysts (BAs) — to influence product strategy, business decisions, and design directions, as well as define the Research Roadmap.
Facilitate workshops to identify issues and guide stakeholders towards solutions.
Present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable feedback to enhance collaboration.
Foster a collaborative environment, integrating diverse functions into decision-making and participating in interdisciplinary initiatives.
We are looking for professionals who

Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Have experience utilizing diverse data sources and articulating results effectively.
Have the capability to deliver actionable insights through hypothesis-driven research.
Have proven experience managing complex projects with varying levels of ambiguity.

Work model for this position
