Head of Architecture - People & Engagement

Our team sits within Finance, People & Engagement Technology team and partners closely with our People & Engagement business to design and deliver technology that supports a strong People culture across the organisation. We work across regions in a collaborative, agile environment to build secure, scalable and reliable digital solutions.

What role will you play?
In this role you will lead the Architecture team across People & Engagement technology, working with large, diverse teams of engineers and leaders. Alongside the Head of Engineering, you will shape technical direction and partner with business stakeholders to solve complex problems. Your work helps ensure our People & Engagement systems are robust, well designed and deliver a strong user experience.What you offer
- 10+ years’ of Domain architecture experience in the People & Engagement (Human Resources) domain
- Strong experience in designing solutions at an Enterprise level, including building cloud-native, full stack solutions
- Experience working with engineering teams, including engineers, lead engineers and engineering managers
- Strong knowledge of designing and building AI and API-first services with a focus on scale, reusability, security and reliability
- Experience working in agile environments with modern engineering practices such as automated testing and continuous delivery
- Clear communication skills and the ability to partner closely with business and technical stakeholders across different locations.
