• Assist to plan, direct and control the operations of the Electronic Items Operations in order to deliver a low cost and high-quality services to internal and external customer.
• Assist to constantly review current workflow and practice and analyse customer requirements to identify improvement opportunities, initiate procedure streamlining, process, re-engineering and rationalization to maximize productivity and resource utilization and improve service quality.
• A good overall knowledge of banking practice and theory.
• Participate in product or system development to ensure deliverable meet with user requirements.
• Assist to coordinate project with Group initiatives, regulatory requirement (e.g. HKMA, HKICL,HKSCC)
• Ability to handle customers enquiries with helpful manner and efficient.
• To provide support on System Testing during business & non-business hours on request basis.
• To communicate and provide operation support to all counterparties, Hubs and departments.
• To liaise with other divisions, departments, Hubs and branches on all matters relating to the Section work and ensure smooth operation flow is continuously maintained.
• To check and reconcile the system reports / perform reconciliation
• To rectify irregular cases
• To update daily MIS statistical report and productivity for management review.
• Cross team & backup support as well as overtime duties if required.
• WFH arrangement may be applied.

• Assist to review the systems and practice on an on-going basis to ensure that they are in compliance with Management Manual, Operating Manual and the laid down procedure.

• Assist to manage the product and system development process to ensure project is on schedule, features are aligning with requirement and implementation is smooth

Skills and Experience
• Banking experience
• General knowledge of general banking product
• Proficiency in computer usage
• Interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
• Education diploma / graduate degree
• Languages English, mandarin and Cantonese
