- Financial Closing, DQ & RR is GOSP Unit managing financial statement and reporting of GOSP, coordinating the whole Finance Division in this process and working in full alignment with International Accounting Unit and with the Department Head.
- As a Local Finance Closing Specialist, you will play a key role in preparing the financial statement and quarterly reporting of the new branch of GOSP in Poland, while supporting in the analysis and process improvement of GOSP overall financial statement and reporting to Group Finance. Key responsibilities:
- Serve as Polish S.P.O.C. for GOSP Consolidated Financial Statement, KPMG auditors, Tax consultants and in case of Tax Audits
- Oversee local accounting operations, ensuring compliance with both IFRS and Polish GAAP requirements
- Monitor and review local accounting processes to ensure adherence to Financial Reporting Risk (FRR) and Data Quality (DQ) standards, preparing supporting documentation and evidence for Group audit reviews
- Contribute to finance and transformation projects impacting the Polish branch
- Support accounting payables operations, asset registration, and the maintenance of statutory accounting and tax registers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local regulations
Nasze oczekiwania:
Nasze wymagania
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related areas
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Polish language proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)
- English language proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken)
- Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP and/or Tagetik is a plus.
- Solid command of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
