Mercer is seeking a talented individual to join our Fixed Income Portfolio Management Team. This role will be based in London or Cork and is a hybrid position, with a requirement to work in the office a minimum of three days per week.

In this role, you will support the management of discretionary fixed income portfolios on behalf of clients across the International Region, contributing to manager selection, portfolio construction, performance analysis, and ongoing portfolio oversight. You will work alongside experienced Portfolio Managers and collaborate with Mercer’s market-leading Manager Research team to help deliver innovative investment solutions and strong client outcomes.

This position is ideal for someone with investment management experience who is passionate about fixed income markets and portfolio construction and is looking to develop their career within one of the world's leading investment consulting and delegated solutions businesses.
