You understand luxury — or premium retail at the highest level — and you bring genuine conviction to everything you do.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a Store Manager, Store Director or equivalent leadership role within luxury or premium retail, leading a multi-million-dollar business or category.
- A strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to make clear decisions from complex data.
- Exceptional leadership presence — the ability to inspire, influence, and hold a team to a high standard with authenticity.
- Deep passion for client experience, brand storytelling, and the craft of retail done well.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative approach that earns trust at every level.
