A Day in the Life
Ready to bring numbers to life? Our High Flyer Internship is a 6-month program in Jakarta where you’ll join our dynamic Finance team. You will be the pilot of your own projects, turning data into insights and risk analysis into real-world solutions. You’ll be a true business partner, helping to steer our brands towards profitable growth.
- Become a Financial Storyteller: You will analyze business performance, prepare reports, and present your findings to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
- Master of Budgets: You will assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, learning how to manage resources and plan for the future.
- Turn Data into Strategy: You will dive into financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, contributing to the strategic direction of our business.
- Drive Business Performance: You will collaborate with different teams, such as marketing and sales, to provide financial insights that drive growth and efficiency.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and determined student ready to take on real responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You're a perfect match if you are:
- A final-year university student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Controlling & Financial Planning: A strong interest in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing business performance to drive results.
- Analytical Thinking: The ability to dissect complex financial data and transform it into clear, actionable insights.
- Business Acumen: A curiosity for understanding how a business operates and how finance plays a crucial role in its success.
- Attention to Detail: An exceptional eye for accuracy and precision in all your work.
- Collaboration: A proactive team player who can communicate financial concepts effectively to both finance and non-finance colleagues.
