Digital Client Services – Product Delivery Associate

As a Product Delivery Manager within the Research Product Delivery team, you drive end-to-end delivery of strategic, operational, and regulatory initiatives that modernize Research services. You partner with Research, Compliance, Technology, Data & Analytics, Product, and Operations teams to improve efficiency, strengthen the control environment, and increase digital maturity. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product delivery across the full project lifecycle in an Agile environment, from concept and scoping through build, launch, and adoption.
- Drive delivery of strategic, operational, and regulatory initiatives across Research Operations, ensuring clear outcomes and execution from design through implementation.
- Partner with Research, Compliance, Technology, Data & Analytics, Operations, and Product teams to define objectives, requirements, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
- Gather and synthesize insights through stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and data analysis to identify current-state flows, pain points, control gaps, and user needs.
- Identify and shape improvement opportunities, including workflow simplification, efficiency gains, automation, artificial intelligence enablement, digitization, and operating model enhancements.
- Produce clear delivery artifacts, including business requirements, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for design and technology teams.
- Own scope and objective definition for end-user needs, maintaining alignment between business priorities, delivery plans, and technology outcomes.
- Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing for new features, ensuring test scenarios are defined, requirements are validated, and stakeholders confirm readiness before release.
- Monitor delivery progress and proactively manage milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions; escalate as needed, including to senior stakeholders.
- Support implementation planning and change management, track adoption, and capture post-launch feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration and delivery discipline across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and respond to changing business expectations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear executive-level materials and project updates
- Analytical skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and make practical recommendations
- Working knowledge across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, user interface and user experience, Compliance, and business controls
- Ability to identify obstacles, conflicts, risks, and delivery blockers and take action to address them
- Interest in automation, digital transformation, operational innovation, artificial intelligence enablement, and continuous improvement
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- 4+ years of product management or project management experience in financial services or consulting
- Experience in markets, research, operations, compliance, risk, or regulatory environments
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile delivery methods, including managing delivery through development and design sprints
- Exposure to delivery tooling such as Confluence
