Be at the center of markets and balance sheet decisions. This role sits within the North America Markets Treasury team and supports a large structured notes portfolio across multiple asset classes. You will partner closely with trading, sales, and senior treasury stakeholders to shape funding, capacity, and pricing outcomes. The work is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly visible. You will help build and scale a newly formed function with meaningful opportunity to grow. 

As a Vice President in Markets Treasury, Structured Notes Issuance, you will own day-to-day funding transfer execution and liquidity risk management for a major structured notes portfolio. You will set issuance and internal transfer pricing in partnership with the Treasury and Chief Investment Office and markets businesses. You will coordinate capacity, approvals, and constraints while translating treasury requirements into commercially actionable guidance for trading and sales teams. You will also drive analytics and tooling enhancements that improve active liability management and decision-making.
