As a Client Onboarding Analyst in the Global Middle Office Onboarding team, you will lead client integration and implementation activities for new Prime Brokerage clients joining JPMorganChase. You will coordinate onboarding plans, testing, and operational setup to ensure clients are ready for go-live. You will partner with internal stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and provide clear status updates. You will act as a client-facing point of contact, helping clients navigate onboarding decisions and deliverables.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with business and service teams to plan and deliver end-to-end onboarding for new Prime Brokerage clients.
- Coordinate onboarding timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder responsibilities to support on-time go-live.
- Lead client discussions to understand operating models, workflows, and service expectations.
- Manage pre–go-live testing activities, including test planning, execution coordination, issue tracking, and readiness confirmation.
- Facilitate required approvals and sign-offs from clients and internal stakeholders prior to go-live.
- Support operational setup of client reference data and related onboarding configuration across supported products.
- Provide onboarding solutions and recommendations that address client integration needs and operational requirements.
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders with clear, timely updates.
- Act as a subject matter resource for Prime Brokerage onboarding processes and product-specific onboarding considerations.
- Coordinate client change requests during onboarding and serve as a consistent point of contact across global regions.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 3 years of experience in client onboarding, client implementation, middle office, operations, or a related role within financial services.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional deliverables across product, operations, and technology teams.
- Experience managing client-facing discussions, including documenting requirements and communicating status and next steps.
- Experience planning and coordinating user testing or operational readiness activities for new client launches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivering clear updates to senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding workstreams simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including identifying risks, removing blockers, and driving issues to resolution.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate onboarding documentation and action logs.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience supporting Prime Brokerage products and operating models.
- Experience coordinating onboarding across multiple global regions and time zones.
- Familiarity with reference data concepts and onboarding-related data setup in capital markets environments.
- Experience using structured project tracking tools (e.g., action logs, RAID logs, or workflow trackers) to manage onboarding execution.
