Act as key salesperson for Americas in financial markets to distribute SC PrismFX, Standard Chartered's suite of solutions for transaction bank related foreign exchange, global money movement and FX risk management. SC PrismFX is a key strategic growth area for Standard Chartered globally, and this will be a high-profile role for UK and Europe. Work closely with the other sales team members in Europe and the Head of Europe and Americas PrismFX Sales to grow our business and deliver PrismFX solutions to Europe clients across all segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the growth of the PRISMFX revenue (Cash & Trade linked FX) across Transaction Banking and Financial Markets.
- Manage and develop any distribution strategies and external partnerships which help enhance the product offering and client experience
- Ensure product development and distribution is consistent with current and future market
- Assist with solutions for integrated TB/FM solutions across initiation, execution, post trade reconciliation and reporting.
- Represent the appropriate culture and values with clients and with internal stakeholders.
- Drive a culture across Transaction Banking FX that has adherence to all Group Policies and relevant legislation covering credit, operational, reputational risk among others.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated ability to cross-sell financial services products effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new client relationships and contribute to business growth.
- Well-developed understanding of client needs within transaction banking and foreign exchange.
- Experience presenting tailored financial solutions to clients.
- Working knowledge of foreign exchange markets, currency risk management, and transaction banking payments.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse teams and client groups.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial services sales.
Qualifications
- Certification as a UK certified person (dealing), or equivalent regulatory recognition demonstrating compliance expertise and professional standards in financial markets.
- Relevant academic background in finance, economics, business, or related fields preferred.
- Continuous professional development and training in foreign exchange, transaction banking products, or sales methodologies will be advantageous.
