As our OMNI Key Account Manager (KAM) Support in the LUXE division, your role is to support our Key Account Manager in the day-to-day administrative and operational matters related to several omni-channel retail clients across the Nordic region. Based in our Norwegian office in Oslo, you will play a crucial role in securing the execution of all pre-negotiated trade deals, product launches, and commercial activities by the KAMs.
We are looking for a candidate that thrives in a fast-paced environment, with tasks requiring a high level of organizational, communicational, and problem-solving skills.
As a person, you are a natural team player who genuinely enjoys being the operational link between teams and functions. You are highly proactive, structured, and flexible, and you are always looking for ways to optimize current workflows to make the workday more efficient for both yourself and the team you support. You will report directly to the Norwegian Key Account Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities...
- Ensure order sheets, registration/discontinuation files, and retail proposals are customized for each client and shared in a timely manner.
- Complete BMS-related tasks, collaborating closely with KAMs.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for retail delivery and supply topics (supporting in out-of-stock situations, delivery delays, client claims and warehouse queries).
- Helping KAMs with presentation preparations
- Support the wider LLD team with ongoing ad-hoc commercial tasks and local projects.

- Structured, enjoy implementing and managing new processes
- Thrive in a dynamic and complex environment
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, BMS and SAP.
- Self-driven and enjoy managing multiple tasks, with exceptional organizational skills.
- A positive and pro-active team-player
- Fluent in one Nordic language (with a good written understanding of Norwegian) and English
We are looking for our KAM support to start September 1st 2026. The employment is a maternity leave cover until approximately October/November 2027.
