JOB Title: PR & Event Team Manager– Dr.G DMI
WHO WE ARE:
The PR & Event Team Manager within Dr.G DMI plays a crucial role in translating product innovation into compelling global PR narratives. You will design and execute 360-degree advocacy, PR, and event strategies from the early stages of product development to global market launches.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Scientific PR & Narrative Development:
- Align with the product development lifecycle to build robust global PR strategies, stories into engaging consumer-facing narratives.
- Develop global press kits, press releases, and materials.
Global KOL & Dermatologist Network Management:
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with global dermatologists, skin-health experts, beauty creators, and media partners.
- Tighten the collaboration with clinic, on event collaboration & dermatologist engagement.
- Build close relationship with Dr. G founder, for events, medical congress & content creation.
Global Event Production & Experiences:
- Orchestrate high-impact international product launches, press trips, pop-ups, and immersive influencer activations.
- Design memorable, on-brand experiences that visually and experientially reinforce the brand’s dermatological expertise.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, regional affiliates, and PR agencies to ensure a unified global communication strategy.
- Manage budgets, timelines, agency partners, and project deliverables with agility.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic team of PR and event professionals to foster creativity, strategic thinking, and flawless execution.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Years of Experience : Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in PR, communications, or advocacy within the beauty, skincare, or global FMCG sector
- Other Experiences :
- Scientific Storytelling: Exceptional ability to translate complex dermatological science and product development stories into engaging consumer narratives.
- Advocacy & Influence: Proven track record in building and leveraging trusted relationships with global KOLs, media, and industry experts.
- Event Production: Strong capability to conceptualize and execute large-scale, memorable, and on-brand physical/digital experiences.
- Project Management: Agile in managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Skincare: Deep understanding of global skincare trends, beauty tech, and dermatological standards.
- Language : Fluent English Communication Skills
- Other Skills : Proficient with Excel, PPT
