A Day in the Life
As a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern within L'Oréal Human Resources in Romania, you will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition. You'll gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle for internships, contributing to the growth of our future talent pipeline. You will also support the team in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives, showcasing L'Oréal as an employer of choice. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to a global leader in the beauty industry.
- Recruitment Support: Manage the full recruitment cycle for internships, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications. You will learn to use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Employer Branding Support: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies across various social media platforms. You will research and analyze social media trends to identify opportunities to enhance our employer brand. You will also be the L’Oréal for Youth program owner in Romania and manage all projects related to this topic.
- Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and insights, helping to optimize our recruitment processes. You will learn to use data to inform decision-making and improve our overall effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including hiring managers and other team members, to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes. You will develop your communication and collaboration skills.
- Candidate Experience Management: Contribute to creating a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will learn best practices for candidate communication and engagement.
We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in Human Resources and a passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences. A bachelor’s degree in human resources is a plus but not required. You are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team. You possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze information objectively and make sound judgments.
- Candidate Experience Management: Passion for creating positive and engaging experiences for candidates.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data and drawing meaningful conclusions.
- Social Media Trends: Understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
