Then joining L'Oreal might be the opportunity that you've been looking for! Now we are looking for an ambitious & driven E-Key Account Manager to drive our business.
You will...
- Own the full P&L, sales targets, and budgeting for the Shopee store(s). Drive profitable growth, optimize trade spend, and maximize ROI on marketing investments.
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with Shopee category managers and key stakeholders to secure prime visibility, co-funded campaigns, and early access to platform innovations.
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with e-commerce partners, incl. major mega-campaigns, super brand days, and daily marketing mechanics to drive high traffic, conversion, and average order value (AOV).
- Partner with Media, Digital, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Finance to deliver a seamless end-to-end consumer shopping experience.
- Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
- Prepare and present products proposals to future and current e-commerce partners.
- Monitor daily sales performance, traffic analytics, conversion funnels, and competitive landscape insights to adapt strategies in real-time with full Ecommerce Metrics: GMV, PV, Items, ASP, Basket Size.
- Drive sales performance through improving brand visibility, e-shop merchandising, Promotion Strategy, Content, Livestream, and other available in-platform tools.
- Analyze Product Mix, Continuously Monitor Bundles & Trials Packs Performance Analyze In-Platform Media.
- Execute multiple test & learn scenarios.
You have…
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in E-Commerce Key Account Management, Business Development, or Digital Sales—ideally within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Beauty, or Retail
- Currently handling or has previously managed Shopee and TikTok Shop accounts - proven track record of managing P&Ls, negotiating high-stakes commercial terms, and consistently delivering revenue targets
- Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
- Strong data literacy with the ability to translate complex e-commerce metrics and dashboards (traffic, conversion, basket size) into actionable commercial strategies
- High interest on beauty industry
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
