At L'Oréal Poland headquarter in Warsaw there is also one of 7 Finance Business Expertise, Services & Technology (BEST) centers worldwide, delivering Finance operations. Established in January 2018 as the first Global Business Services (GBS) hub, it is one of L'Oréal's most rapidly growing units, currently employing around 120 people.


The Warsaw BEST center runs financial processes for Central and Eastern Europe, covering countries such as Poland, the Baltics, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey and Israel. BEST consists of the following departments: Invoice to Pay, Travel & Expenses, Cash Accounting, Record to Report, and Controlling (responsible for OPEX costs).

The DEx team supports all operational BEST teams in improving their ways of working while maintaining the highest quality of their processes. The team is responsible for Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and a variety of projects (including Tech / AI initiatives), as well as for maintaining a Lean culture across the organization. DEx's mission is to make working at BEST easier and more attractive for everyone.
