Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst / Project Manager
At L'Oréal Poland headquarter in Warsaw there is also one of 7 Finance Business Expertise, Services & Technology (BEST) centers worldwide, delivering Finance operations. Established in January 2018 as the first Global Business Services (GBS) hub, it is one of L'Oréal's most rapidly growing units, currently employing around 120 people.
The Warsaw BEST center runs financial processes for Central and Eastern Europe, covering countries such as Poland, the Baltics, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey and Israel. BEST consists of the following departments: Invoice to Pay, Travel & Expenses, Cash Accounting, Record to Report, and Controlling (responsible for OPEX costs).

ABOUT DELIVERY EXCELLENCE (DEx) TEAM
The DEx team supports all operational BEST teams in improving their ways of working while maintaining the highest quality of their processes. The team is responsible for Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and a variety of projects (including Tech / AI initiatives), as well as for maintaining a Lean culture across the organization. DEx's mission is to make working at BEST easier and more attractive for everyone.
L’Oréal BEST Warsaw is currently recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst / Project Manager with well-rounded knowledge to execute the Delivery Excellence program by acting as a:
- Transformation Driver – initiating and leading change that improves how processes run
- Continuous Improvement Catalyst – building and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement
- Tech Enabler – identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and AI
- Value Guardian – ensuring that projects translate into measurable business value
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support various improvement projects and initiatives, using Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement methodologies.
- Promote Continuous Improvement (CI) culture across the organization, including delivering Lean Six Sigma White Belt trainings.
- Conduct workshops to identify root causes of process problems and build corresponding action plans.
- Detect process waste and identify improvement opportunities.
- Document all project phases and present status and results to senior leadership.
- Organize periodic initiatives to showcase and promote delivered improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ post-graduate work experience, including hands-on experience driving process improvement initiatives within Finance operations (experience gained in a GBS / SSC environment is a strong plus).
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (any Lean Six Sigma certification will be an asset).
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build and sustain a CI culture, particularly among senior leadership teams.
- Strong PowerPoint and communication skills, with the ability to structure clear, logical presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of value drivers, including the ability to size and prioritize improvement initiatives.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
