Job Description Summary

As part of our Wealth Management Technology team, the Lead Business Analyst serves as a strategic partner to business and technology stakeholders within Global Wealth Solutions, initially supporting the Annuities and Insurance Solutions platform. This role is responsible for driving the delivery of innovative, scalable, and efficient technology solutions that enhance advisor, client, and operational experiences.

The ideal candidate combines deep business analysis expertise with a strong understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), automation, and data-driven decision-making. You will drive complex initiatives from requirements discovery and documentation through implementation while helping identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.

This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical expertise and strategic thinking to influence outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Job Description

This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: expected to be in a Raymond James office location three days per week, with at least one of those days being a Monday or a Friday.

The total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
