Job Description Summary

Under general direction, the Financial and Regulatory Reporting Manager will be responsible for the Financial and Regulatory compliance, as well as capital and liquidity risk management for a national trust bank. This role requires experience in financial reporting, regulations, capital planning, and liquidity oversight, with a focus on forecasting, stress testing, and budgeting. The Manager will collaborate with senior leadership, risk management, finance, and IT to ensure compliance, optimize capital structure, and support the bank’s financial resilience
