Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
As a Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain technology solutions across implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
- Support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across business applications in testing and production environments.
- Configure, design, test, and analyze solutions aligned to business and functional requirements.
- Translate customer requirements into effective processes and system solutions to address data, integration, and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with global and virtual teams to support project delivery, testing activities, and issue resolution within established timelines.
- Perform hands-on functional design, configuration, technology support, and knowledge sharing with junior team members.

We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.
Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST, based on business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in design, implementation, and support of supply chain systems integrations.
- Experience integrating Blue Yonder applications, including Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) and Order Promising (OP), with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other supply chain applications.
- Experience as a functional architect for Blue Yonder ESP, including at least 1 end-to-end implementation using LPOPT and SPARQ Solver.
- Experience with Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server databases, including Structured Query Language (SQL) scripting, PL/SQL, performance tuning, Unix-based support, and debugging cross-system integration issues across middleware, database tables, and scripts.
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) jobs and packages.
- Experience designing end-to-end Blue Yonder ESP solutions, including source-system processes and data flows with SAP ERP and other integration systems.
- BE, BTech, MCA, or MTech degree, or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience with Blue Yonder Order Promiser (OP).
- 5+ years of Blue Yonder OP functional experience, including at least 1 end-to-end implementation.
- Experience with order management, order-to-cash (OTC), or SAP Enterprise Central Component (ECC) OTC processes.
- Experience with real-time order promising, back-order processing, allocation management, backlog analysis, and master data management for order-related data.
- Experience with SAP Global Available-to-Promise (GATP), Blue Yonder OP, or Oracle Global Order Promising (GOP).
- Experience participating in architecture and cross-team process discussions.
