Your work profile
Key skills required:
Business Development & Sales
- Own revenue growth for CMS and Digital Experience solutions.
- Develop account strategies and identify new business opportunities across existing and prospective clients.
- Lead strategic pursuits, RFPs, proposals, solution presentations, and executive workshops.
- Build trusted CXO relationships with Marketing, Digital, Commerce, IT, and Customer Experience leaders.
- Define commercial models, pricing strategies, Statements of Work, and contractual negotiations.
- Achieve annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

Solution Consulting
- Advise clients on Digital Experience transformation strategies.
- Define enterprise CMS, Digital Asset Management, Content Supply Chain, and omnichannel content architectures.
- Shape integrated marketing technology roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
- Recommend appropriate implementation approaches including composable, headless, hybrid, and enterprise architectures.
- Lead discovery workshops, maturity assessments, and digital transformation consulting engagements.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets / DAM.
- Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL, and JCR.
- Experience working with AEM workflows, metadata, and asset management features.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Location and way of working:
- Base location: Pune
- Education: Professional Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.

- 15–20+ years of experience in Digital Experience, CMS, Marketing Technology, or Digital Transformation.
- Demonstrated success in both enterprise sales and large-scale delivery leadership.
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing technology ecosystems.
- Experience leading distributed global delivery teams.
- Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
