ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Head of Editorial and Digital Communications and Communications for Southeast Asia, the Assistant Manager, Communications (APAC) supports the delivery of the communications strategy across Asia Pacific, including Southeast Asia.Editorial & Internal Communications (APAC)Support delivery of editorial activity across APAC, with a focus on internal communicationsMaintain oversight of internal communications across: HR and people initiativesDiversity and inclusion networksStaff engagement and transversal topicsASIA weekly newsletter and appointment announcementsReview outputs to ensure consistency in messaging, tone and channel usageEngage with stakeholders across markets and provide input on messaging and communications approach to ensure consistency across the regionSingapore & Southeast Asia CommunicationsSupport delivery of communications activity across Singapore and Southeast AsiaAct as a point of contact for stakeholders on communications matters, ensuring alignment with overall prioritiesContribute to the development of content across channels, including written and multimedia formats, supporting business and corporate communicationsSupport communications across corporate, media and stakeholder-related topics where relevant, including media engagement, press-related activities and sensitive communicationsSupport application of brand guidelines and ensure consistency in the use of Societe Generale’s brand across communications materialsEvents: Client and staff engagementSupport delivery of client engagement events and activities led at regional, global or local business level, and executed in SingaporeSupport selected staff engagement activities, including Citizenship and DE&I initiatives and internal events, where requiredPartnerships & CitizenshipSupport partnerships and citizenship-related initiatives in line with the bank’s positioning, including staff and client engagement activities where relevantTeam OversightOversee trainee responsible for internal communications deliveryProvide direction, guidance and review of outputsEnsure consistency and quality of delivery across internal communicationsProfile requiredBachelor’s or Master’s in communications, media & communication, marketing, journalism or a related fieldHands on experience in communications, public relations or corporate affairs Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to review and refine communications materialsStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities effectively Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across functions, markets and levels of seniorityExperience supporting or coordinating client and/or internal events in a corporate environmentExposure to media relations, including press-related activities, is an advantageExperience working across different communication channels and formats, targeting a range of audiencesDigitally savvy with proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with content management systemsGood understanding of social media and digital communicationsResourceful, reliable and a collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility Behavioral SkillsClient - Client  focus: I put long term relationship with our clients at the center of my actions, whatever my position Client - Risk: I strive to satisfy clients while taking into account risks for the companyTeam Spirit - Open mindset: I listen and share my views and my expertise in an open modeInnovation - Thinking out of the box/Creativity: I propose new ideas and solutionsResponsibility - Risk awareness: I am constantly on the lookout for risks Commitment - Inspiration: I support the vision and the strategy  Why join usBusiness insightOur Culture: At Societe Generale, we live by our 4 core values of commitment, responsibility, team spirit and innovation.
