What you'll be doing:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals.
- Manage the overall online sales channel, including profit and loss, budget, and resource allocation to maximize revenue.
- Oversee daily platform operations, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience for customers.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and product teams to enhance website functionality and optimize the customer journey.
- Drive digital marketing campaigns across channels like SEO, paid advertising, email, and social media to boost traffic and conversions.
- Use data analytics to monitor performance, generate insights, and inform decision-making.
- Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Establish partnerships with third-party vendors to expand capabilities and offerings.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive movements to keep us at the forefront of e-commerce.
What you'll bring:
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Proven success in driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and making informed decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and teams.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and experience in optimizing customer journeys.
- Knowledge of the UK & Ireland regulatory environment related to digital sales and marketing.
- Collaboration skills to build partnerships and work effectively across departments.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
