Do you want to play an active role in building teams across countries? Join our Global Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Warsaw, where you will manage the whole recruitment process, source talent, partner with stakeholders, and support process improvements. Be part of a team with ownership at the core!
What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across areas, partnering with hiring managers on requirements and market insights.
- Source, attract and engage talent via diverse channels, coordinating and conducting interviews for a smooth and professional experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
- Collaborate with peers and HR teams to plan hiring activities and align recruitment priorities with business needs.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance talent acquisition practices and promote effective collaboration.
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing recruitment end to end for IT and Fintech roles for Switzerland or DACH region, applying structured methods across full hiring cycles.
- Hands-on experience with active sourcing, using tools and channels to build and engage strong talent pipelines.
- Global mindset with experience working in distributed teams across countries, cultures, and collaborative settings.
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills combined with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes effectively.
- Fluent English and German is required to support communication in an international environment. Spanish desired.
