La persona selezionata avrà l'opportunità di acquisire una conoscenza approfondita del business legato agli investimenti e al trading online, collaborando alle attività progettuali e operative del team e interfacciandosi con diversi stakeholder interni ed esterni. Affiancata dal team di riferimento, la risorsa contribuirà allo sviluppo e al miglioramento dei servizi di investimento e trading, supportando iniziative volte a ottimizzare l'esperienza del cliente e l'efficacia dei processi operativi.
Key Competencies:
- Partecipare alle modalità di lavoro Agile del team, supportando le attività progettuali e operative.
- Approfondire la conoscenza dei prodotti e servizi di investimento, con particolare focus sul trading online.
- Collaborare con le funzioni di Back Office Titoli e Customer Care, supportando attività di coordinamento e raccolta delle esigenze operative.
- Supportare le interazioni con fornitori e partner esterni coinvolti nell'erogazione del servizio.
- Collaborare con le funzioni Marketing e Brand nelle iniziative di comunicazione e promozione relative al servizio di trading.
Nice to have:
- Buone capacità analitiche e organizzative
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e in contesti Agile
- Approccio proattivo e orientamento all'apprendimento continuo
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Location: Milan (hybrid)
Compensation: 1500€/month
