Job Description

The Participant Monitoring Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the oversight of Visa's Payment Arrangement Participants' adherence to the requirements of Resolution 522, which amends Resolution 150 from the Central Bank of Brazil. This role will leverage internal monitoring platforms and tools to assess participant risk profiles and monitor compliance with technical, operational, and regulatory requirements, supporting Visa Brazil's commitment to risk management and regulatory compliance.

The Participant Monitoring Coordinator will execute monitoring activities under the Resolution 522 Monitoring Plan, perform participant assessments and risk scoring, track remediation actions and waivers, identify and escalate relevant risks and compliance issues, and contribute to governance reporting and monitoring evidence management. The role will work closely with Risk, Compliance, Regulatory, Client Services, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure effective participant oversight and timely risk mitigation. This position will report to Visa's Senior Risk Manager for Participant Monitoring.
