Senior Finance Analyst

Join our Financial Planning and Analysis team, where you will proactively partner with a wide range of stakeholders and finance partners to deliver monthly financial reporting, value adding analysis and meaningful insights.While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location. What role will you play?
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a valued business partner by providing insights and analysis to help Macquarie’s Corporate Operations Group to effectively manage their cost base and support the delivery of Technology’s strategy. You will be involved in preparing monthly financial management reports, reviewing month-end costs against forecasts, leading regular financial meetings with stakeholders and partnering with the Enterprise Technology leadership team on formulation of annual budget.What you offer
- 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Technology Finance experience is preferred as well as a proactive attitude, inquisitive nature and ability to quickly grasp new concepts
- Effective time management skills to meet multiple deadlines for all deliverables
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and a process improvement mindset
- Excellent spoken communication skills in English with an understanding of professional communication etiquette
- Experience with Apptio and other Technology Finance skills are an advantage.
