Job Title: Tech Lead CORAS
Department: ISPL 2S IT, Cross Business Solutions
About Business line/Function: Cross Business Solutions, delivering the best-in-class, innovative, sustainable, secure and cost-efficient transversal solutions and referential systems within Securities Services, CIB and the Group.
Position Purpose: Seeking for a Tech Lead for CORAS in CROSS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS.
The Technical Lead is accountable for:
- Solution design, development, testing and bug-fixing
- Impact analysis of major changes to ensure compliance to existing architecture and principles of the product
- Ensure solutions are fit for purpose, secure, scalable and cost-effective
- High level feasibility and estimates for any anticipated business need
- Support and scale up developers/analysts team
- Identify the technical debt in the product and drive continuous improvements on t
The candidate should demonstrate success in being the technical referent of a development team.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical architecture of complex Angular applications to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Build and maintain reusable component libraries and services, including secure OIDC/OAuth authentication flows.
- Define, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes) for automated testing and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and enforce best‑practice standards in TypeScript, JavaScript, SCSS and modern front‑end patterns.
- Evaluate and integrate AI‑driven development tools (e.g., code‑generation assistants, AI‑based testing) to boost productivity and code quality.
- Collaborate with UX, backend, and data‑science teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and performance standards across all front‑end deliverables.
- Keep abreast of emerging Angular ecosystem updates and broader AI trends to continuously evolve the development stack.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Very strong interpersonal skills – eager to engage and build good rapport with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. Coras is a transversal framework and promoting the solution is key to expand its usage within 2S and beyond.

Should be able to assist the team members in their deliveries and socialize, promote the tool.

Technical Skills:
- Deep technical expertise in Angular
- Exposure to different Front End frameworks is a must
- Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, SCSS and any other front end technology
