The Sales & Brokerage Team is responsible for driving and expanding the distribution of onemarkets product solutions, including Brokerage services, across the internal distribution channels of UniCredit Bank GmbH (HVB) in Germany. Acting as the key interface between Client Solutions and HVB client advisors and branch managers, the role ensures effective product and service positioning, seamless execution of sales initiatives, and a consistently high level of client satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Promote and support the distribution of onemarkets product solutions, including Brokerage services, across HVB’s Retail Banking, Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Corporate Banking networks.
- Providing independent client support for brokerage services, with a focus on clearing and execution
- Coordinating new client onboarding activities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Analyzing current workflows and implementing process enhancements to improve efficiency and client service standards
- Collaborate closely with Sales Management in the development of sales materials, product stories, and targeted sales campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards across all sales and advisory activities.
- Contribute to and support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at increasing fund penetration and expanding the product and service offering, while strengthening client engagement and enhancing overall client satisfaction across HVB.
What you'll need to succeed

- You are in the final stages of your Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field with very good academic performance, or have completed your studies within the last 2 years
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Investment Specialist, Bankfachwirt) are a plus.
- Basic understanding of mutual funds, investment strategies, structured products, alternative funds, Brokerage Services and capital markets.
- Know-how across all financial Instruments including Funds, Equities, Rates, FX and Credit products and their Structured Derivatives
- Familiarity with the German retail and private banking landscape, especially within HVB.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Strong passion, excellent competence, team spirit.
- High client orientation and ability to translate complex investment topics into client-relevant narratives.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, BaFin guidelines).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in German and English

Your remuneration is determined in accordance with the provisions of the applicable collective salary agreement for the private banking sector and is based on the following grading:
• Bachelor’s degree: pay group 7/11th professional year• Master’s degree: pay group 8/11th professional year• Doctoral degree (PhD): pay group 9/11th professional year
The target salary consists of two components: the annual base salary (as outlined above), paid in 13 monthly installments, and a variable bonus payment. The variable bonus payment is based on one monthly gross base salary and will be adjusted by the company’s success and your individual performance contribution.
