- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role ideally within the retail or luxury industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mind with a strategic ability. Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Language: Professional working proficiency in English and Japanese is required
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS). Familiarity with Japanese financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Ability to influence and drive changes in a dynamic environment.
