A Day in the Life
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director in Jeddah, you will fully own the high-stakes O+O P&L of our largest strategic partner, Nahdi, driving aggressive market share expansion while mentoring a Key Account Executive.
The mission….
- Under the supervision of the Commercial Director , build the joint business plan with the account(s). Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.
- Build, accurately forecasts and achieve the account (s) results: turnover, market share, profit. Plan all growth drivers accordingly.
- Prepare and lead the Account (s) negotiations, escalating when relevant. Build an action plan to implement the Division and channel strategy. Ensure its execution and tracking down to store level and sell out. Suggest plan adaptation when needed.
- Act as the expert of his account to feed a retailer-centric account planning process, to ensure as much alignment as possible,
- Builds a retailer specific development plan, and a compelling story to get retailer buying in.
- Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders at the retailer’s.
- Work closely with other departments (supply, category, finance, marketing) Connect Account key stakeholder of all functions with their L’Oréal counterpart. Ensure the consistency of L’Oréal voices when speaking to the retailer.
- Collaborate for the omnichannel Strategy for LDB
- Co-Lead the digital relationship with players: E-Retailers & Pure Payers and negotiate specific trade agreements for digital acceleration.
- Participate on the negotiation of the annual commercial agreement
- Manage P&L to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
- Define and develop the e-joint business plan per client, specifying the goals to achieve, both in business and digital development, with regular review on achievements/KPIs.
- Define and implement digital Go To Market Strategy with cross-functional teams (trade marketing, supply chain, customer facing, finance) in cooperation and agreement with brands.
- Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
- Analyze and interpret sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities for pure players.
- Effectively Plan & Forecast & Monitor Business Performance, together with Commercial Transformation team
- Evangelize commercial teams to upskill them as O+O evanglists.
We Are Looking For
An entrepreneurial, data-driven commercial leader with strong negotiation skills and a passion for O+O retail along with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business.
- Fluent English and Arabic (both are a must).
- Experience in managing key accounts (pharmacy channel/FMCG preferred).
- 5 Core Skills: Account Management, Negotiation, Revenue Growth Management, e-Commerce Generalist, and Multi-Expertise Management.
