Deloitte Cyber helps organizations build trust, resilience, and secure transformation across complex technology environments. As a Consultant supporting our Enterprise Security practice, you will advise clients on cloud identity and access management with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID. You will work across assessment, design, implementation, and optimization efforts to help organizations strengthen cyber risk controls, modernize identity architecture, and enable secure adoption of cloud services. This role offers the opportunity to support large-scale transformation programs and client-facing cyber engagements across Microsoft identity technologies.
Work you’ll do
As a Consultant on the Enterprise Security team, you will be responsible for helping clients strengthen identity and access management capabilities in Microsoft cloud and hybrid environments, with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID.
- Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations for Microsoft Entra ID environments, including multifactor authentication, single sign-on, conditional access, business-to-business and business-to-consumer identity capabilities, and on-premises Active Directory integration.
- Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Entra ID solutions, including tenant setup, migrations, upgrades, and production deployments.
- Evaluate identity environments against client requirements and recognized standards such as Center for Internet Security (CIS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) frameworks.
- Support application onboarding, external identity configuration, identity lifecycle management, reporting, troubleshooting, and automation using PowerShell.
- Contribute to project delivery, technical documentation, stakeholder communication, team training, managed services support, and thought leadership related to Microsoft identity technologies.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, client problem solving, and designing and implementing Microsoft identity solutions
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity and Access Management technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, single sign-on, multifactor authentication, privileged identity management, and third-party identity integration
- 2+ years of experience with identity and access management protocols, including WS-Federation, Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect, or OAuth
- 2+ years of experience implementing identity and access management security solutions in Microsoft environments
- 2+ years of experience with Azure Advanced Threat Protection
- Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Applications, or Master of Computer Applications degree
- Degree concentration in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, or Information Technology
Preferred:
- Microsoft certifications such as SC-300, AZ-500, AZ-800, AZ-801, or SC-100
- Industry certifications such as Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
