The work you’ll do
- Write and edit copy for campaign assets, including emails, social posts, digital ads, landing pages, web content, and other marketing communications.
- Translate audience and persona insights into clear, persuasive messaging that moves target audiences through the funnel.
- Partner with marketers, designers, art directors, and strategists to develop integrated campaign content.
- Contribute to message strategy, headline development, and content adaptation across formats and channels.
- Present copy and creative rationale to internal teams and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Apply Deloitte brand voice, content standards, and editorial guidelines across deliverables.
- Use approved AI tools to support ideation, draft development, summarization, testing variations, and editing, while remaining accountable for accuracy, confidentiality, tone, and final quality.
- Mentor junior writers through day-to-day feedback and quality review.
- Manage multiple deliverables with strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and deadline discipline.
- Own defined campaign workstreams with increasing independence and accountability.

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, English, or a related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in agency, in-house creative, marketing, or copywriting roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign copy across channels such as email, social, web, and digital advertising.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in B2B, B2C or other complex-category marketing environments preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of SEO principles for digital copywriting.
- Demonstrated comfort using AI-enabled writing and productivity tools in a professional environment.
